D-Day -349

Well, we made it to Maryland. We started off by making great time...we actually never stopped. We drove straight through, but due to my excessive talking, I somehow managed to get off on the wrong exit...which I have NEVER done in all my years of driving up here alone!! I knew I was in the wrong place when I passed the Pentagon and the Washington Monument!! Unfortunately, my little goof put us back at least an hour and a half because we hit rush hour traffic coming out of DC. :( The boys were so good, other than a few "are we there yets". I will have to be sure not to be on the phone going around DC in the future...just in case I decide to veer off the path!! We made it safely tonight and are enjoying time with family and friends!! The boys are sleeping in Mimi and PawPaw's room tonight, so I am very much looking forward to a good night's sleep ALONE in the basement!!!!!!!
